Deb_deploy was renamed to debloy

In that case the debloy project itself should be updated, which I did here according to your suggestions.

I'm not sure yet how to deal with renamed projects, hoptoad > airbrake is another example of this. Since the old gems remain available on rubygems.org I think they should remain separate on the toolbox as well. Another option would be to remove gems that only have yanked releases from the Toolbox index.
