Added Rails Authentication category.

I think the various omniauth strategies don't exactly belong into the general-purpose Rails Auth category. I'll consider creating a separate omniauth strategies category, though I am not entirely sure this is neccessary as a simple search on the toolbox for "omniauth campaign monitor" would bring up this gem already. Keeping this open for the time being.
