This project can be used for backup-related tasks, although it is primarily adjusted to my own personal use cases, so it may not be of much use to other ruby users. It allows the user to construct pipes (if these are registered - otherwise we can not use them). How does this look like? A pipe is something like: cat test.txt | nl This will count how many lines there are in said file.
