SCDBtoYAML
Convert Supreme Court Data Base Comma-Separated Value (CSV) files into YAML
Usage
Install the gem in the usual way:
$ gem install SCDBtoYAML
The gem will install a script for command line use:
$ SCDBtoYAML help
