Given a string such as "4 - 5", "3y 6m - 4y 6m", return a hash with keys :left and :right whose values are each a number of months. Ageism splits on '-', discards all non-numeric characters, and expects either one or two integers on each side of the hyphen. One integer is a year; two integers are year and month.
