Usage is easy:

Macmap.map_iface_to_ip %x{ifconfig -a}

Or

require "rubygems"
require "popen3"

Open3.popen3('ifconfig -a') { |stdin, stdout, stderr| Macmap.map_iface_to_ip(stdout) }
