Bake::Releases

Please see the project releases for all releases.

• Fix ambiguous constant name Gem::Specification -> ::Gem::Specification.

• Don't strip whitespace from release notes.
• It breaks markdown formatting (this is a test).

• Remove --clobber from GitHub release - it was a hallucination and doesn't exist.

• Fix tag_name -> tag in after_gem_release hook.

• Add support for automatic GitHub release creation.

• Add documentation and agent context.

• Rename changes -> releases.

• Directly use supplied version.

• Initial implementation.
