Belt plugin that scaffolds Amazon Connect (Connect Customer) into your app: a Connect instance, a chat contact flow with off-hours queuing, queue + routing profile, approved origins, SSM params for the hosted chat widget, and SAML federation for Identity Center SSO into the Connect console. Emits Terraform the app owns plus a frontend widget loader. Extracted and generalized from Stowzilla's standalone connect-infrastructure.
