debuggie¶ ↑
Debuggie is a one liner that helps you debugging instead of tapping and then debugging.
Installing¶ ↑
Gem install it or configure it in your test enviroment:
gem install debuggie Bundle install the dependency (ruby-debug or ruby-debug19):
gem install bundler bundle install
Using it¶ ↑
Invoke debug in your dsl chain call:
My.dsl.chain.call.debug.something_else And the debugger shall start inside the debug method. Simply next the debugger and you are ready to go.
Note on Patches/Pull Requests¶ ↑
-
Fork the project.
-
Make your feature addition or bug fix.
-
Add tests for it. This is important so I don’t break it in a future version unintentionally.
-
Commit, do not mess with rakefile, version, or history. (if you want to have your own version, that is fine but bump version in a commit by itself I can ignore when I pull)
-
Send me a pull request. Bonus points for topic branches.
