Generate alfabet letters along with commands in terminal for exersice to refresh your mind.

Read out loud letters and do commands in the same time.
Letters are from English or Russian alphabet.

Start position is: Sit on chair and lay hands on your knees.

Commands are:

b - lift up Both hands and rise a bit on toes of feet  
r - lift RIGHT hand and LEFT  leg a bit  
l - lift LEFT  hand and RIGHT leg a bit

Do it from start to end ~3 minutes.
Your mind will work more faster cause exercise will boost your mind energy.

Russian:

Произносите громко буквы алфавита и выполняйте одновременно команды обозначенные маленькими красными буквами. Исходное положение: сидя, руки на коленях. Команды означают следующее:

о - поднимите ОБЕ руки и приподнимите носки ОБЕИХ ног
п - поднимите ПРАВУЮ руку и приподнимите ЛЕВУЮ ногу
р - поднимите ЛЕВУЮ руку и приподнимите ПРАВУЮ ногу
