hebrew

A Ruby gem with some useful code to identify, transcode, and manipulate Hebrew text. Currently all code is exposed via additional methods in the String class. Some are instance methods and some are class methods.

Both CP-1255/Windows-1255 and UTF-8 encodings are supported.
