A MAC provides a way to check the integrity of information transmitted over or stored in an unreliable medium, based on a secret key.

Torgo is a command line torrent search and download tool. It uses hpricot and open-uri to perform automated search and download of torrents. It uses shell commands to launch arbitrary torrent clients to complete the download of the data. The goal is to provide a simple command line tool that can receive query data from other applications to download files.

This is an alpha test quality release. I specifically DO NOT recommend that it be used for live trading under any circumstances. It has not been tested.
