Isis plugin: Cat Facts

This plugin adds a Cat Facts command to the Isis chatbot

Add this line to your Isis installation's Gemfile:

gem 'isis-plugin-catfacts'

And then execute:

$ bundle

Trigger a random cat fact by typing !catfacts in chat.
