Ruby SDK for TestMu AI (Formerly LambdaTest)

The Ruby SDK for TestMu AI (Formerly LambdaTest) provides Ruby bindings for Selenium WebDriver and utility helpers to integrate seamlessly with the TestMu AI cloud grid, enabling you to run Ruby-based test suites across real browsers and operating systems.

• Ruby (2.7 or higher).
• Bundler gem installed.
• A TestMu AI account. Retrieve your Username and Access Key from the TestMu AI Automation Dashboard.

Clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/LambdaTest/lambdatest-ruby-sdk
cd lambdatest-ruby-sdk

Install dependencies using Bundler:

bundle install

Set your TestMu AI credentials as environment variables:

Linux/macOS:

export LT_USERNAME=YOUR_LAMBDATEST_USERNAME
export LT_ACCESS_KEY=YOUR_LAMBDATEST_ACCESS_KEY

Windows:

set LT_USERNAME=YOUR_LAMBDATEST_USERNAME
set LT_ACCESS_KEY=YOUR_LAMBDATEST_ACCESS_KEY

Run your Selenium tests using the SDK:

bundle exec ruby your_test.rb

To test locally hosted apps, set up the TestMu AI tunnel. OS-specific guides:

Enable the tunnel capability in your driver options:
