This adds a Metadata Enrichment Interface to a Hydra / ActiveFedora based project and uses Linked Data Fragments to resolve uris. Currently in an alpha state

## Installation

Add the following to your Gemfile:

“‘ gem ’mei’ “‘

The run:

$ rails generate mei:install
