Minimalistic kaminari paginate view helper, but much faster

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'minimalistic_kaminari_paginate'

And then execute:

$ bundle

Or install it yourself as:

$ gem install minimalistic_kaminari_paginate

Instead of normal kaminari paginate helper, use minimalistic_paginate

minimalistic_paginate collection, window: 4, sides: 3

1. Fork it
2. Create your feature branch (git checkout -b my-new-awesome-feature)
3. Commit your changes (git commit -am 'Add some feature')
4. Push to the branch (git push origin my-new-feature)
