The Poetry umbrella gem: installs poetry-core (the Rails engine and component DSL), poetry-ui (the accessible, themeable, agent-legible component library) and poetry-lucide (the default icon set) together.

The agent-interop gem of Poetry, the AI-native frontend framework for Rails. Five surfaces: the boot-free poetry-agent MCP server (the component contract over Model Context Protocol, with runtime skill delivery); the WebMCP runtime that registers rendered components' declared tools with in-browser agents (document.modelContext) behind safe-by-default, opt-in registration, declarative forms, and an origin-trial middleware; the AG-UI relay, a Rails client of the Agent-User Interaction protocol that runs an agent and relays its events as Turbo Streams, with frontend tools and interrupts; the A2UI catalog projected from the component registry; and the A2UI renderer that folds the envelope into server-rendered surfaces with forms, checks, functions, and morphing updates.

Charts whose geometry is computed on the server (Ruby; d3-scale/d3-shape semantics, recharts' nice ticks) and shipped as finished SVG - no-JS valid, CSS-variable themed, zero client chart math. Stimulus chrome reads server-embedded coordinates for tooltips and legends; engines stay swappable behind a closed, versioned chart-spec (Chart.js reference adapter).

The optional design-extraction gem for Poetry: fetches a site's styleguide, brand, screenshot, and homepage markdown (context.dev), composes a DESIGN.md in one Claude call, derives Tailwind v4 @theme + CSS :root tokens deterministically, and hands the result to Poetry's AA-gated design importer.

The default Poetry icon set: Lucide's icons vendored at a pinned commit SHA, sanitized at vendor time, registered with poetry-core's icon registry.
