dci - The Direct Connect Index

== DESCRIPTION:

DCI is a HTTP/Jabber interface to the Direct Connect filesharing network. The
included Jabber bot provides access to an index of all files available on the
network, and the HTTP server allows the user to use any HTTP client to download
them.
