require 'rspec_proxypac'

Then, create a spec like this:

require 'spec_helper'

describe 'http://proxy.example.org/proxy.pac' do
  it do
    is_expected.to find_proxy('PROXY proxy.example.org:3128')
      .for('http://www.example.com/')
  end
  it { is_expected.to find_proxy('DIRECT').for('http://www.example.org') }
end

Installation

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'rspec-proxypac'

And then execute:
