A generic command line interface for ruby-debug.

Add a JRuby-compatible debugger to 'pry'. Adds 'step', 'next', 'continue', `break` and `breakpoints` commands to control execution.

Zool allows you to manage authorized_keys files on servers. It comes with a command-line client 'zool'. The configuration can be done in a pyconfig/gitosis like configuration file. See README.md for further details

Command line tool for getting mms urls from etvnet service.

Spin up a jetty instance (maybe even the one at https://github.com/projecthydra/hydra-jetty) and wrap test in it. This lets us run tests against a real copy of solr and fedora.
