Govspeak is a flavour of Markdown developed by the Government Digital Service with some extra features used to format content on GOV.UK. This gem adds Govspeak as a Tilt template engine allowing it to render files with .markdown, .mkd and .md extensions using the govspeak library.

Tilt::Govspeak

Govspeak support for Tilt.

Installation

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'tilt-govspeak'

And then execute:

$ bundle

Or install it yourself as:

$ gem install tilt-govspeak

Usage

require 'tilt/govspeak'
template = Tilt::GovspeakTemplate.new('templates/foo.md')
output = template.render
