This game is no longer maintained. If you are interested please take a look at my gem: https://github.com/pokonski/public_activity

That's not entirely true, there are several forks that are pretty well maintained, the most recent is this one by styx: https://github.com/styx/timeline_fu

This is one of the examples where it's hard to maintain reasonable data here in the Toolbox. While the fork Jasper pointed out indeed seems well-maintained, the actual gem is still unmaintained and thus the current reference to the original repo is correct from my point of view.

When forking and intent on keeping the fork maintained, I suggest to contact the original gem author whether you could take over gem ownership, or (if that fails) to release a separate rubygem, either by namespacing or changing names (if the updates deviate from the original version enough).

So tl;dr: I think the reference to the jamesgolick repo is correct :)

In this particular case, unfortunately the author has died. People should go with one of the unofficial forks.
