Yamlquery

Searches yaml files for keys and values using a simple query language. This was developed with the intention of managing puppet hiera files.

Installation

$ gem install yamlquery

Usage

# yq -y -p ../examples/example.yaml 'foo.funk==head'
---
foo:
  funk:
  - head
  - shoulders
