Manager for Asynchronous Jobs & Workers

Adds the ability to track backgrounds jobs. Currently only for delayed_job.

Undelayed_job jobs provides a database-less backand for delayed_job that executes immediately without a separate worker process.

Allows creation of proxy objects of remote resources on distributed applications.

Schedules migration to future versions created by Vidibus::Versioning.

work_smarter is a updated/modified version of the Komodo gem. It allows you to scale on-demand the number of delayed_job workers on Heroku, based on the length of your queue.
