RatingViewCustomize

Installation

Requires:

  • Bootstrap, '~> 4.0.0'
  • jquery-rails, '~> 4.3.3'
  • font-awesome-rails, '~> 4.7.0.4'

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'rating_view_customize'

And then execute:

$ bundle

Or install it yourself as:

$ gem install rating_view_customize

Usage

add to stylesheets:

@import "lib_ratings/rating";

Render view:

<%= render "shared_rating/rating_partial", add_class_rating: "punctuality", default_checked: 3, show_half_star: false, disable_rating: false %>
  • add_class_rating: class of star (or param permit)
  • default_checked: default checked you want
  • show_half_star: enable half star if true
  • disable_rating: clickable

change font-size of star:

.rating > label:before {font-size: 1.6em;}

Development

After checking out the repo, run bin/setup to install dependencies. You can also run bin/console for an interactive prompt that will allow you to experiment.

To install this gem onto your local machine, run bundle exec rake install. To release a new version, update the version number in version.rb, and then run bundle exec rake release, which will create a git tag for the version, push git commits and tags, and push the .gem file to rubygems.org.
